Gee, what can I say?
Bill is:
Knowledgeable: He knows more about travel than any travel advisor I've ever worked with
Experienced: He's been in the industry for years, traveling personally to destinations he recommends to his clients
Creative: When I need to meet specific travel requirements, Bill always comes up with the most convenient, affordable, and sensible solutions!
Patient: Invariably, I ask him to make changes to my original request, because I'm not sure what I want/need until I see the proposed plan, and he always accommodates my requests, no matter how many changes I make.
Responsive: Typically, when I need travel arrangements, Bill responds with recommendations within a couple of hours or less, and often in less than an hour.
Overall..... Excellent!! I would never hesitate to recommend Bill Beck to my friends, family, and clients. He is the only travel advisor I have worked with for over 25 years!!

Travelers are in "good hands" with Bill Beck.
I have, for years, recommended this agent to friends and family. Bill is so responsive to our requests, and soothing when we request changes. Bill keeps my preferences (and age) in mind, and often suggests tweaks that turn out to be even better than my first suggestion. I take 5 or 6 trips a year, leading folks to believe that I don't like living in Alaska. I myself wonder if I don't travel this much just to interact with Bill!

Bill Beck is the fastest, most accurate and intuitive agent we ever called, for booking airline flights. The AK Air confirmation letter popped up very quickly . His summary/itinerary was immediate. Bill sets the bar as booking agent.

Words cannot describe my gratitude towards Bill Peck. It is rare that I review companies but feel that Bill and his company deserves a huge recommendation from me and my staff. I currently manage all travel for 15 field mechanics in the state of Alaska. We travel to very remote locations at the drop of a dime on a daily basis. Any given day I call Bill around 5 times to update, change, cancel or add destinations or flights to my technicians travel plans. Most every time is a last minute change and Bill always gets us the best options available. He is also very reachable on the weekends, which is a huge value to me as we work 7days a week. The convenience factor that Bill provides is paramount to the success of my business operating in Alaska.
There is lots of companies that I deal with on a daily basis and I personally value Bill as one, if not the most valuable. I have never been let down by a commitment made by him.
I will personally recommend Bill for all Alaska travel

Bill was easy to communicate with. He listened and was very helpful. I had him make all the arrangements for a 15 day multiple locations vacation and it went off exactly as planned.
